Directions traveling from the North, South, East or West to our Clinic:
(Poplar Pike runs parallel and is South of Poplar Avenue. It is also an extension of Park Avenue. Some GPS systems may not recognize Poplar Pike.)
Traveling from the North:
Head south on Germantown Road/TN-177, turn right onto West Farmington Blvd., cross Poplar Avenue, stay straight onto West Street, make a sharp right, just after crossing the train tracks onto Poplar Pike, take the first left onto McVay and parking is behind our historic yellow home.
Traveling from the South:
Go east on Bill Morris Pkwy/TN-385, take Winchester Road exit west ramp, turn right onto Winchester Road, stay straight, turn right onto South Germantown Road/TN-177, stay straight, make a left onto Poplar Pike (DO NOT CROSS TRAIN TRACKS), take the first left onto McVay and parking is behind our historic yellow home.
Traveling from the East:
Start out headed northwest on West Poplar Avenue/US-72/TN-57, turn left onto West Street, make a sharp right, just after crossing the train tracks onto Poplar Pike, take the first left onto McVay and parking is behind our historic yellow home.
Traveling from the West:
Head east starting at Poplar & 240, turn right onto Ridgeway Road, turn left onto Park Avenue, keep straight as Park Avenue becomes Poplar Pike, make a right onto McVay and parking is behind our historic yellow home.
