Dr. Phillip R. Langsdon is the only board-certified surgeon in the Mid-South with training and practice devoted exclusively to facial plastic surgery. His work is limited to plastic surgery of the face, nose, eyes, head, and neck, including blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), facelift, rhinoplasty (nose job), ears (otoplasty), chin augmentation, and hair restoration.

He takes pride in having developed two specialties that many other leading facelift surgeons have adopted throughout the world, including:
- Deep Plane Facelift Surgery: Keeps the skin and underlying tissues in alignment with each other during surgery while detaching and repositioning the entire system as a single unit.
- Preservation Rhinoplasty: Alters the height of the nasal bridge by using a technique that maintains the natural appearance of the nose while at the same time adjusting the height of the bridge.

Roberto D. Lachica, M.D. is a board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeon. He has practiced for 23 years and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has received multiple awards from patients and colleagues alike for his exceptional patient care.
Dr. Lachica received his medical degree from the University of Chicago-Pritzker(1992). His postgraduate training was in General Surgery at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee- Memphis(1992-1998).
Dr. Lachica specializes in procedures that reshape the breast and abdomen (breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeovers, and liposuction).

Dr. Sarah E. Langsdon is an aesthetic plastic surgeon.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She then completed a six-year integrated Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Missouri. Dr. Langsdon is specializing in advanced training and the latest techniques in aesthetic plastic surgery.
With a warm, attentive approach and a meticulous eye for detail, Dr. Sarah E. Langsdon is passionate about helping patients feel confident and empowered through natural-looking, personalized results. Her artistic vision and surgical expertise are matched by a deep commitment to safety and compassionate care.

Having worked in the Langsdon Clinic since its inception in 1986, Carol Langsdon, RNP, serves as our advanced nurse injector and is responsible for nursing aesthetics, including Botox®, facial fillers, skin treatments, peels, and other non-surgical treatments. Her custom TCA skin peeling program rivals most laser and light-based skin improvement tools.
